Cisco Business Edition 3000 consists of the following foundational elements:
• Cisco Business Edition 3000 call-processing and voicemail application
• Cisco MCS 7890-C1 Business Edition 3000 Appliance with 2 built-in T1/E1 ports preinstalled
• Simple, intuitive administration interface for provisioning and management
Cisco Business Edition 3000 supports:
- Growth: Supports up to 300 users with 400 connected devices and up to 10 sites
- Call control: Includes telephone call processing, caller ID, call transfer, hold, conference, hunt groups, and more
- Voice messaging: Includes voicemail powered by Cisco Unity Connection
- Mobility: Receive important calls wherever you are with single number reach
- Automated Attendant: Serve customers faster by routing calls directly to the right department or individual

Licensing
Application and phone software licenses are enforced. Cisco User Connect Licensing (UCL) is available for Cisco Business Edition 3000. Cisco UCL allows you to license most Cisco Unified Communications 8.6 products and future releases, including Cisco Unified Communications Essential Operate Service, on a per-user basis.
